Escott Consulting was founded and is solely operated by Will Escott Hammond.

Will is a versatile private equity investor, M&A/Management Consultant with over a decade of experience working in private equity firms, acquisitive growth-stage businesses, and founder-led ventures across sectors including FinTech, Education, BioTech/Chemical Engineeting, Property Services and Events.

As the most junior member of a three man PE man team headed by Jeremy Greenhalgh, he was instrumental in the creation of the third largest children's day nursery group in the UK, now known as Brightstars, between 2016 and 2021 through a highly targeted and data-driven buy & build strategy.  

We believe that to date, it is the highest returning micro-cap buy & build strategy ever executed in the UK. Generating £135mm of Net Proceeds on £3.5mm of Equity investment.

He has independently lead and executed multiple deals exceeding £10mm in value, and managed and supported sale processes of businesses with valuations north of £100mm, designed proprietary geospatial and data-led acquisition models, guided executive teams through high-stakes transactions—most recently leading Rydoo’s exit process on behalf of Marlin Equity Partners.

A founder and four-time entrepreneur himself, Will brings a sharp commercial instinct, deep analytical rigour, and a proven ability to deliver impact quickly in fast-paced and complex environments.
